Joe's background as a Division I student-athlete has shaped his approach to teamwork, discipline, and performance. As a two-time All-American and two-time All-Big Ten selection in men's lacrosse at Rutgers University — where he also earned Scholar All-American recognition and served as team captain in both 2025 and 2026 — Joe has demonstrated the same drive and attention to detail that he brings to PVI.
